Policy: Maintenance Supply Solutions sells to apartments, industrial firms, hotels, motels, government agencies and professional service companies.

Order Placement and Delivery: Orders can be placed by calling (972) 857-6987 or faxing order to (972) 857-6125. Orders can also be placed online. Orders received by 10 a.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10 a.m. will be shipped the next day.
Free Delivery: Orders over $50.00 will be delivered free within our normal delivery area. All other circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order, however, all orders under $50.00 will be subject to a
$10.00 processing fee. (Will call orders have no minimum or processing fee.) On Lumber materials, there will be a $90.00 Delivery Fee if the order is under $400.00, unless there is a $50.00 worth of maintenance materials added.
Back order Policy: Items currently out of stock valued at $50.00 or greater will automatically be backordered and delivered as soon as possible. Items currently out of stock valued under $50.00 may be cancelled. A customer service representative will provide you with our best estimate of when we expect the items to be in stock and they should be reordered at that time.

Terms of Sale: A printed invoice will be provided upon delivery. Invoices are due Net 30 Days from date of Invoice. Checks should be mailed to Maintenance Supply Solutions, 1018 N. Duncanville Rd., Duncanville, TX 75116.

Returned Merchandise: We require date of Purchase and Original invoice on all returned merchandise. Warranty items also require date of purchase and original invoice before pickup or return can be completed.

Special Orders: We will be glad to help with any special order item you need. Be aware that if you order a special non-stock item, it can not be returned.
